Do you have waiting tenants for my property?
We have a database of tenants who require rental property. All tenants within our database and all tenants registered with Rightmove.co.uk, FindaProperty.com, and Primelocation.com will be sent a mail shot of your property straight away.

How much will the Discount letting Tenant Find Service cost?
The standard fee will cost £59+vat and will be a one off initial payment. If you wish to select a premium bolt on package or have access to a discount code the price will vary. Prior to purchasing any product with Discount Letting the price to be paid will be made clear.
Should I need to renew my property registration how much will it cost?
An additional 1 months term will cost £59+vat (tenant find only).
A landlords chosen rental area does not appear within the Discount Letting property search, Why?
We can market rental properties wherever they are situated within the UK. As we are a UK wide Letting Agent, there will be areas of the UK that we don't have rental properties available all of the time. Our property search within the Discount Letting website www.discountletting.co.uk only shows the current areas that we have available properties. If we was to show all areas of the UK within our property search there will be some tenants that will spend time searching and never locate an available property. As this would annoy potential tenants we only display available properties. Once we have taken on your properties the search would include the area that your properties are based. In addition the portals that we advertise our properties on, will have hundreds of properties across the UK in most areas as they receive 10,000's of properties everyday from agents across the UK.
I can not find my rental property within the Discount Letting marketing system, Why?
All Discount Letting rental properties are shown within the largest UK property portals. To view a full list of properties that are currently available within the largest property portals please visit the websites below.
Rightmove.
FindaProperty.
Primelocation.
Zoopla.
If a landlords rental property is not shown in the above list, the landlord should contact Discount Letting on 02086970984.
How can I pay for the Discount letting Tenant Find Service?
By using the secure payment facility within the Discount letting web site.
Note: We regret that unless payment has been received in full we will be unable to include your property details within the Discount letting Tenant Find Service.
Are there any more fees to be paid once I’ve found a tenant through the Discount Letting Tenant Find Service?
No. There are no hidden costs.
Does Discount Letting offer a list of rental properties that accept DSS?
Yes.
Will Discount Letting offer a credit check as part of the Tenant Find Service?
A Credit check is standard as part of our Premium bolt on service but is not part of our basic Tenant Find Service.
If my tenant renews their tenancy agreement (tenant find service) should I contact Discount letting service direct?
No. There are no renewal fees or no hidden costs with our Tenant Find Service.
Will Discount Letting offer a To Let board?
No.
Will Discount Letting cater for holiday apartments?
If renting a holiday apartment within the UK or outside the UK then www.holidaylettings.co.uk is the site to use as we don't deal with holidays lets.
If someone is tenanting a property within the UK and just requires a short term let then we can take on their property within the Tenant Find Service.
If I need a new tenancy agreement, how much will the agreement cost?
Should you ever need a new tenancy agreement simply purchase our Legal Pack from within the landlords login area.
If I need help completing my tenancy agreement who should I ask?
All registered landlords are able to call 020 8697 0984 to obtain the advice of one of our experienced advisers.
What is included within the Legal Pack?
Tenancy Agreement: Flat or house with a non resident landlord.
Tenancy Agreement: Flat or house with a resident landlord.
Tenancy Agreement: For a room with a non resident landlord.

How does a landlord receive an invoice?
Landlords will receive a selection of auto reply emails and from Discount Letting and Sec Pay Ltd. These confirmation emails are to be treated as invoices. Landlords may also visit the landlords’ login area to download their invoice for any property that is currently live. Once a property has been removed the invoice will not be available to download.
When using the Tenant Find Service who ensures that the tenant’s first rental payment is made?
That is for the landlord to arrange with the tenant. Discount letting will send the landlord all the relevant paperwork to arrange initial payment, but it is entirely up to the landlord to ensure the paperwork is completed.
When using the Tenant Find Service will Discount letting inform all relevant utility companies that a tenant has moved into a registered property?
No. It is up to the landlord to ensure that all utility services are placed in the name of the current tenant. However when a landlord has purchased the Discount Letting Full Management Service all utility companies will be contacted on the landlords behalf.
When using the Tenant Find Service will Discount letting inform the local council of any changes to occupancy of a registered property?
No. It is entirely up to the landlord to ensure that the tenant has registered with the local council and insure payment is made for council tax payment. However when a landlord has purchased the Discount Letting Full Management Service the local council will be contacted on the landlords behalf.
