I would also like to say how impressed I am with your service - I have 14 properties that I manage myself but I have always used a letting agent on a 'tenant find' service. I decided to give your company a try and cannot believe the response I have had - I will definately be using you in future.

After disappointment from the poor quality of applicants I got from a local press advert, I was pleasantly surprised at the number and better quality of applicants your service has generated. I still had to deal with time wasters, (interestingly enough those tended to come from email initial contact) but the genuine applicants were more than willing to fulfill reference and credit check requirements. I am recommending your service to my friends, two of whom are considering letting for the first time. I am hopeful my tenants will be long term, however if not I will certainly be using your tenant find service again.
