For just £35+vat per week landlords can now see their rental property placed at the top of their rental area search within an individual showcase box. This product is only available to landlords using the Discount Letting Tenant Find Service.

The enhanced listing offered by Rightmove allows landlords properties to show at the top of every rental search that is completed within the area in which the landlord’s property is located. The landlord’s rental property is highlighted at the top of the search page within an enhanced letting showcase box offering a large property image, price, address, and link to the property details. The enhanced listing has proven to be a successful tool in quickly gaining the interest of potential tenants and placing individual rental properties above all other properties irrespective of the price.
