If you would like to arrange a viewing of a particular property and don’t wish to call the Discount Letting call centre, you can text the reference number of the property that you are interested in, to a designated Discount Letting text server (88800).
You will receive an automated text reply which will offer the contact number of the individual dealing with that particular property, be it the landlord or a member of our management team.
All properties showcased by Discount Letting have a unique reference number which starts with DLSD and then offers a 5 digit number starting with 0 (zero). The information that is required by Discount Letting is “DLSD” and the last 4 digits of the reference number, excluding the leading 0 (zero).
Example:
Property reference DLSD01234 is the property of your choice.
Simply text “DLSD 1234” to 88800
You will receive an automated message confirming the rental address and a contact number of the individual dealing with that property, be it the landlord or a member of our management team.
Standard network charges apply. You will not receive any further marketing material from Discount Letting directly to your mobile phone. There is no charge for the automated reply sent via the Discount Letting network and no further charges or monthly subscription services will be applied to your mobile phone.
